Customers without their product information should understand they will not be able to speak with a live agent. The only option available is to leave a message for the customer service team member. Customers with product information can communicate with the customer service department.
We were able to speak with the customer service agent and ask why the separation between the two levels of service. The agent explained doing this allows for better service. We don’t buy this, considering a customer without applicable information still made the purchase. We expected more from the customer service department.
