Official Website

Company information, supplies, and prescription details are all available on the official website for Liberty Medical at http://www.libertymedical.com. The site is a sales site, more than anything, so there is lots of sale pitching and information on how you can contact the sales department.

Social Media

There are times when customers want to contact the customer service department without logging in to a personal computer and pulling up the official website. For those times, email and social media are the best options, but most companies offer a contact form not a contact email address, so that leaves social media.

Customer Service Email

Liberty Medical is one of the few companies that offer a direct email address. If you have a smartphone or mobile, Internet-ready device, you can send your email to the customer service team without using your computer.

Our Experience

We chose to call the new order and reorder lines to test out Liberty Medical customer service. The sales line is answered with an automated message where you can press 1 for new customers and 2 for existing customers. Alternatively, you can press 0 to reach a representative. The reorder line is similar, but the messages are different and there are no options to choose from.

  1. I think it suck that you no longer do diabetic supplies and that I have to get a sheep meter making my live more difficult as I have to stop and take a long time to take my sugar. I like meters w/ Disk.

    Thank You

  2. Horrid service, never got diabetic supplies for my child as promised! They never pick up & now an automated phone call everyday????? Your service stinks! Quit with the robot calls. calling the BBB!

  3. I am in the process of changing to another diabetic supply provider because of the incompetent and non-responsive customer service that Liberty has provided for the past couple of years. I have repeatedly asked your customer “service” people to stop calling me every week or more, regardless of how recently I received my supplies. This request never seems to work; calls will stop for a few weeks and then start up again. The customer service people in general do not seem to be at all knowledgable about the things I would expect them to know. I know that call centers are often outsourced to other countries, but the callers in those countries should be able to speak English better and be more understandable than the folks hired by Liberty. One example of your incompetant service was when, recently, I placed an order with Liberty for supplies. When I hadn’t received anything several weeks later I called Liberty again and they had no record of my having ordered supplies.

  4. I got right through to costomer service. called to say they sent the wrong supplies, was informed tat they would nolonger be servicing me because of medicare. it suks that if our on medicare evenif you have a secondary insurance that you can’t get service!

  5. Horrible customer service, ready to call the BBB. Waiting for response going through this issue since Feb, how are you still in business?

  6. INCOMPETANT FOOLS. Need need to realize that there lack of any common sense in filling orders or customer service is affecting peoples health issues. If you are going to suck at customer service sell something that no one will die without little boozooka bubble gum for god’s sake. I hate this company they do not call people back one a prescription is received and there is an issue so you sit and wait and wait to see where your supplies are then call them and see what kind of bs they tell you.

  8. Their billing department sucks. They don’t send timely bills and then send one huge bill and get an attitude about the customer being behind on their bills. When they have sent a bill, it was incorrect and not what insurance says customer should pay.

  9. I’ve been doing business with this company for well over a year and I have never had any problems at all. I’m surprised to read all these negative comments.

  10. I am so frustrated with this company.. I have spoken to numerous representatives of the company, each time they assure me that a supervisor will return my call.. as of now NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS.. I returned an insulin pump after receiving a new one. Mailed the old pump back to Liberty and it was received on 1/27/15..I was instructed it could take up to 6 months.. WELL the 6 months is past and no one will call me back to give me a status update.. After I receive my call back and rebate, I pray I never, never need to use Liberty Medical for anything.. THINK THEY NEED TO HIRE SOME MORE SUPERVISORS…

  11. Since about November 25. I have trying to get my pump supplies after Liberty called me to tell it was time to reorder. Three times now I have told that the supplies would ship. But they never do. The latest time I talked to someone was on December 18 and was told that my shipment would be shipped overnight on Monday the 21st and will arrive on the 22nd. They did not arrive again. I have only 2 more insulin pump kits and after that I have no way to take my insulin. I am desperate. Please help me. My phone number is 260-402-8386. I change my pump every 2 days so I only have 4 days of supplies.

  12. Horrible service all around. Should not be allowed to be in business. Untimely, misinformation, and difficult to reach.

  13. I just received a shipment that I did not order or need. it was paid on charge. card I want a refund on my card and prepaid mailing label, then I will return it.
