Our Experience

When we reached out to the customer service department, we reached a representative within 30 seconds. The company doesn’t offer an automated response system, a good decision. When the agent answered the call, we asked about the hours of operation and the she said the office is open Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, EST. We also asked what customers do in the event they have concerns after hours. The agent stated customers can send an email and a live agent will reply the following business day. Overall, the level of service was excellent. We didn’t have to wait on hold and the agent was attentive to our needs.

  1. Will be returning product without trying it. I don’t believe in your company’s way of doing business. Really, how can a trial period start before I receive the product?

    • I am disappointed to the fact that it wasn’t stated when I ordered the trial bottle that I would be charged automatically a membership price of $89.95 after the 14 day trial period. (This wasn’t called a “14 day trial” . This trial period started the day I ordered it. How can I tell if I like the product if when it took 4 days to get here. That gives me 10 days to decide if it works for me. No thank you!! I’ll send it back.

  2. i tryed to get free sample but site would not let it go tho.i tryed to e mail them but that wood not go tho as well

  3. reading other comments on this it looks like a scam as there is no free trial at all. and if thats scam my mind says the product prob one two

  4. I also was charged alot for only wanting a trial ONLY I have lost money!!! I have not tried the pills because I don’t believe these are real or going to help me in any sort of way

  5. I tried the sample and wasn’t able to take the pills due to a reaction. I was told by my physician to not take them anymore and sent you multiple messages asking that you cancel my membership and not charge my account after the first month I tried them. I have been being billed monthly and not receiving pills ever since. I want this stopped immediately and I would like to be refunded for all the months that I have been charged from your company for pills that I can not take and do not want and have not received. Please reimburse my account for all the months after the first trial month.
