Customer Service Email
Land’s End is one of the few companies that still publish a general email address for customer service. You can contact an agent by emailing: email@example.com.
You can also visit the contact page to send a message to an agent. The contact page is sent from a secure server, but Land’s End warns that credit card and other financial information should not be included on the form.
We wrote to customer service requesting a paper catalog. We’ll see if they still print catalogs for Land’s End products.
As is the case with most customer service lines, our call to customer service was answered by an automated system. Unlike most other lines, when we pressed 0 the call was immediately answered. Cindy picked up our call at the 20 second mark, which is one of the fastest answers we’ve ever received.
