We were disappointed from the start when we looked for information to contact Kenneth Cole customer service. The contact page opens with a troubleshooting system that requires the customer sort through FAQs before being shown contact information.

The site is clearly dedicated to selling Kenneth Cole merchandise rather than helping customers find answers to questions they have about products or services.

Our Experience

When we called the Kenneth Cole customer service line we expected the call to be answered by an automated system, which is exactly what we got. Press 1 for consumer calls. Your call will be moved to a new automated list of options. You cannot press 0 to skip the list. Press 1 for orders or product information, 2 for repairs/repair status or 3 for existing orders or customer service. We pressed 3 for customer service and another automated list started. None of the options were for general customer service. We waited on the line for an agent, without pressing either of the options. The menu just repeated over and over again. When we pressed 1 for orders not already received, we were moved to another automated system. We NEVER reached a customer service representative.

  1. I bought a pair of sandals which are brand new, and one of them split in half. To my dismay they are PLASTIC!! I am so dissapointed, this is not the kind of quality I’m accustomed to from Kenneth Cole Shoes, it’s a shame! You have compromised your quality and jeopardized your clientele with shoes made in CHINA with cheap and low quality materials. That did not happened with products made in USA! I am not asking for anything, I just wast you to know you LOST another client!

  2. I was given a Kenneth Cole purse purchased at Boscov’s for mothers day and the strap on the purse is coming apart already. This is the first time I chose a Kenneth Cole and I am totally disappointed with the item. I will never purchase another purse nor will I ask for one.

I just purchased 2 mens Kenneth Cole’s shirts and am I disappointed not only in the quality of the shirts after laundering, but they stated wrinkle free and that is so far from the truth, I’m very particular in doing laundry and even after I ironed them, they still did not look nice. My husband has some Izod shirts that come out of the laundry looking like they have been ironed and I expected more or the same from Kenneth Cole, also my husband was very disappointed there wasn’t a pocket on the shirt.I must say w/the price I paid I’m so disappointed and expected so much more. Thank you and hopefully this will help w/future manufacturing.
