Calling the Kelly Services customer support line was more like a job application rather than a customer service experience. We were “greeted’ with a barrage of questions instead of applicable options in order to speak with a customer service agent. After navigating the system, we finally reached the option which sends customers to a customer care agent. We thought we would have the ability to speak with a live agent, but we were then placed on hold. We waited on hold for more than 10 minutes. After the wait, we finally reached a customer service.
