My husband bought me a grandmothers ring and spent a lot of money for it..I have had to take the ring back twice, and it is still not right..I think you should return some money he has spent in Kays as I still cannot wear the ring because I fear I will loose the stone again!! Do the right thing!!

  2. I was shopping at Kay Jewelers in Desoto Mall. A woman associate with an accent was “helping”me. She was friendly at first and then when I asked some questions regarding the necklace, her demeanor changed, and became snappy. She even turned to another associate and snapped at her! The girl just turned around and walked away with her tail between her legs. I will not buy from such a nasty woman! If this behavior is allowed in front of customers, I can’t imagine what goes on when the store is closed.
