Our Experience
It appears HSBC wants to give the customer the run around. We called and the automated system is long and confusing. We attempted several times to select 0 to speak with a customer service representative, to only be returned to the previous menu. We finally waited through one of the options not specifically for customer service and spoke with a representative.
The agent was rude and not professional. We merely asked the location of the nearest branch in our local area. The representative placed us on hold for more than 3 minutes and finally provided the information. The kicker was the agent quickly ended the call. I have been trying to work with an HSBC reprentative for 2 days now and cannot get a return call. Can you please have Douglas Roffle return my phone call or email.
worst customer service I have ever been a part of.
This has to be the worst customer service ever. I was on the phone for over two hours trying to fix a mistake they made regarding a loan. I was told to fax a lien request and it has been over two months with no reply. Tried to re-send the paperwork but their website does not have a fax number
What is the HSBC Bank USA Customer Service Fax Number? All this other information is worthless because it is on their website. No use talking to these idiots that barely speak English.

I am asking why you have taking 2 payments from my bank last year the first was
on OCT for £84.99 and the second was on DEC8 for £89.99 so as you can see its
only about one month between the dates so I am asking for a refund of my money
