Our Experience

Hoover vacuum customer service uses a routing system, but you can press 3 to reach a customer service representative. After pressing 3 we were asked to press 1 for English again even though that was the first request when the call was initially answered by the automated system. We pressed 1 again for English and the call as placed on hold for a few seconds before being picked up by a Hoover vacuum customer service representative. Wayne answered the call and immediately asked for our phone number. We ignored the request and asked a few questions about several Hoover vacuums. The agent was knowledgeable about didn’t push for personal information after the initial request.
