We reached out the customer service department and asked about the applicable fees and charges associated with starting service. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating a customer care agent would reply to our concerns within 48 hours.

Our Experience

Customers that call the customer hotline will listen to the automated system prior to reaching the customer service department. In order to expedite the call, press nine (9). After waiting approximately three (30 minutes, the customer service agent answers the call. We asked about payment assistance plans for customers facing financial hardships. The agent gave us a long list of programs available through Gulf Power as well as programs available from local organizations.
