Our Experience

We chose the consumer products customer service number at Georgia Pacific. The line is answered by an automated operator. You can press 1 for retail products, 2 for coupons or stay on the line to speak with a Georgia Pacific customer service agent. We were placed on hold with some pretty loud music for 2:47 before an agent picked up the call. We asked the agent if Georgia Pacific photo paper could be used in a laser printer. The agent quickly said NO. Inkjet photo paper is made for inkjet printers only. Laser photo paper is required for a laser printer, according to the Georgia Pacific customer service agent.

  1. I work at the Emporia plant.My question is . We have July 4th off . Relief shift off day is Friday morning. And we have to return back to work Saturday morning. 1st shift have Fri, Sat and sun off. 2nd shift will have Fri off and have to call on Saturday to see if they have to work. They’ve to work Sunday and off Monday and Tuesday. Is this fair to the workers on relief shift. We’re very grateful for our jobs. But we need that extra day off to. Please respond. We need to fix this problem. It feel like know one care about relief shift. What can help with this situation. If we can have every other Sunday off. It is a suggestion.

  2. I called with a complaint about my Sparkle paper towels shredding when I tore one off (case #CAS-110508-Q8B4M3). I was told I would receive a replacement coupon – I received a coupon for $1 off of my next purchase which expires 7/31/14. Today I called (AGAIN) and was told they would send a mailer to get my $1 coupon back and when your company received it back, then they would send out the correct coupon I should have received in the first place. This is turning into a huge ordeal and I am sorry I ever called and bought your product – I think your customer service policies need to be changed because they are not working for your average consumer. After this crap is over, I will never buy your products again!!!
