Since Gaylord Hotels is a part of Marriot International, you can sign up for the Marriott Rewards program. The more you visit Gaylord Hotels, the more points earned. As you accumulate points, you have the opportunity to use the points toward a free nights stay.

We noticed several conversations posted on social media. Customers voiced concerns, asked questions and event praised the customer service department. What caught our attention was the response time from the customer service department. On average, the customer service department responded to customer concerns within 60 minutes.

Customer Service Email

We sent a message to the customer service department asking for additional information relating to the expiration of reward points. After sending our message, a customer service agent sent us a response and even called us with a response with an answer to our question. The customer service department responded within 48 hours.

Our Experience

Customers contacting the customer service department will need to listen to a lengthy automated response system prior to connecting with a live agent. The option to speak with the customer service department is nine (9). After waiting less than 90 seconds, the agent answered the call. We asked about discounts when making a reservation for parties of more than 20. The agent explained the reservation process and making reservations for groups. Several online forums stated the Gaylord Hotels customer service department was one of the best in the industry. The forums were correct.   1. Thank you to the wonderful gentleman in the Ice photo area. I neglected to buy the photo taken on Sunday Nov 16. I went back to see if it was possible to purchase the photo the next morning. They were so kind and helpful – and they searched thru all the photos from the previous day and found the photo of me with my grandson. I was thrilled. I love the willingness to make my day, and find that the customer service throughout the resort is amazing. Thank you again for your gracious treatment of a now happy grandmother.
