  1. Today on Nov. 20. I signed up for a credit card thought your company and got approved. I paid the $95 fee. When will I know any information on card. I never recieved and email saying what the next step is. Please let me know any information

  3. I tried calling to find my balance. The person whom answered spoke broken English, could not hear me because there was so much background noise. I normally do not like auto attendants but in case it would have be preferred.

  5. I made a payment on my account that is showing as my last payment made. it has cleared my bank. Why is it not showing as available credit on my card? This has been a week now and this is not the only time this has happened. Holding our funds is ridiculous.

    • I made a payment on 04/04/2016 in the amount of 88.89, and have a balance of 466.22. Yet, the available credit is zero. That does not make any sense. Additionally, I do not have access to my online account any longer, and that does not make any sense either. What is going on?

  6. I received a preapproved offer in the mail from First Premier and filled out the application then PAID a processing fee of $95.00 but I don’t even know if I am accepted. I can’t find a link to even check my application status!! I am feeling like I got caught in a scam!!

  7. My reverse mortgage was to close.. before the holidays and was delayed…

    all debt ..was to be paid from closing ..I’m told..that its clear to close and going

    ahead..as scheduled…Its just messed me up.. w/ my accounts..but everyone

    will soon ..be paid in full ..including my card.. w/ you guys..sorry about this

  9. I purchased a cell phone from att wireless. Samsung but they couldn’t recognize my credit card. I called. And the offer was free. And the rep at att wireless. Said the deposit they was going to waiver the purchase. But couldn’t verifie my credit card. And had to cancel the order. Plus would have got back 25$. They need to help support customers on business purchases. Thank you. Bank of new York. Edward.

  10. Got your pre-approved credit card offer. FAT CHANCE. I’ve never paid an annual fee or percentage rate that exorbitant for any credit card and never will. You want my business, drop the APR / annual fee substantially, otherwise, I’m going elsewhere. Actually, already did, what with the internet and so many other places crawling with offers to get my business.

  11. Paid my bill in full for the last 2 months. went to use my card and it was suspended. Just in time to make Christmas purchases, UNEXCEPTABLE. Called to ask why it was suspended to find out that most of our customers don’t pay their full balance off back to back and its suspected as fraudulent activity. I said well only broke people are supposed to get this card… I’ve heard it all. What makes it so bad my other two friends card was suspended as well. We all have decent jobs and if paying your balance in full is suspected as identity theft that means everyone’s card is suspended….How will your kids feel about Christmas when the presents don’t arrive on time?
