When calling Farmers Insurance customer service you can press 4 as soon as the automated system starts if you have a current claim and you know the name or extension of your adjuster. Otherwise you have to listen to a long list of options. Pressing 0 will just restart the menu from the beginning. Customers requiring roadside assistance can press 1. If you need to contact customer service about billing or payments press 6. We pressed 6 for billing customer service and our call was transferred to another list of options. You CAN press 0 at this menu to reach a representative. It took more than 4:15 to reach a Farmers agent.
