Customer Service Email

We sent a message to the customer service department asking for information relating to the hours of operation and the availability of a 24-hour technical support hotline. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating the customer service department would respond within 48 hours.

Our Experience

As soon as you call the Eventbrite customer service hotline, you are placed on hold. To our surprise, we did not wait long before speaking with the customer service department. The approximate wait time was less than 30 seconds. After the agent answered the call, we discussed how-to cancel existing events. The agent was helpful and walked us through the process. The overall experience was great. We had the opportunity to connect with the customer service department through various platforms in a timely manner. Can you say the same about your customer service experience? We would love to hear from you. Share your thoughts below.

  2. How can I talk to a person? I have been hung up on twice. Your website is so difficult to use that I rate it as my worst Internet experience ever.

Your website is so difficult to use that I rate it as my worst Internet experience ever. Now I get an e-mail that you contact me in a few days – what by carrier pigeon. Hire some people and have them call me – TODAY!

  7. Been trying to reach a real person to speak with in reference to a ticket purchase. They were sent via e mail unable to retrieve.

  8. Your website is horrible, your phone contact listing is no longer is service and I have not been able to reach you at all. I would never, ever use your product for anything. Basically, you stink.

  9. Was not able to buy my ticket for Myrtle Beach Country Music Festival in June. Was trying to buy a three day VIP Pass. It just wouldn’t process my card it kept saying wrong information. Everything was night I checked with my credit card company they said no charges or even trying to come thru. Something’s wrong with your server making me very nervous even purchase a ticket for $1,000

  10. I have purchased tickets and have not received a confirmation e mail. I have recieved customer support emails so I know that the email is correct. I have tried to call but just like all other reviews on here the number is ducking useless just like your service. Absolute cunts. Waste of time

  11. None of this information is current – phone numbers all seem to lead to a voicemail message telling you to go online to get help and get updated contact info (which I’m not sure is actually there).

  12. Customer service is absolutely non existant. The email that was sent to correct my problem was of no help as it had nothing to do with the problem. Not being able to contact someone by phone is reduculous. What ever happened to personal customer service.

  13. I cannot get your mobile app to work. When I first downloaded it it showed up on my phone showing tickets I had to upcoming events. Then the info disappeared and it keeps showing I have no tickets when I know I do. So I removed the app and tried to reload -won’t work. I really just want to talk to a real live person on the phone however that does not seem to be possible. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth for Eventbrite.

  14. Tuesday, June 14, 2016

I am contacting you regarding our event – Healthy Watts 5 K Walk/Run and Health & Wellness Expo for Saturday, June 11 2016 which was postponed. Approximately 25 persons signed u on Eventbrite and one has requested a refund. However, we have not received any funds from Eventbrite.

We used your services last year. Was there something we should have done for our account this year? Please assist us in paying out the funds to us or refunding this one person’s fee.

  15. I am contacting you to request a refund for an event scheduled for May11-12, 2017, Baton Rouge, Louisiana-Pennington Biomedical Research Institute. I registered earlier today and have since learned that I will not be able to attend. I am requesting a refund of 125.00, That I charged to my debit card. Thanks for your help.

  16. How to contact your Organiser Support Center – Singapore. I have specific questions to ask on the settings of my event.

  17. What customer service? All I get is a recording telling me to read an email. Problem is that email doesn’t give me the information I need, and there seems no way to speak to a person. Appalling service.

  18. I have purchased two tickets for a perfume making event in London, sounds quite interesting right? It could not be found. The organiser didn’t leave any contact details, so we asked for the refund, no response at all. When I contacted Eventbrite, staff gave me an explanation: they don’t deal with the refund, it’s the organiser’s job. Eventbrite is only a platform. Anyone could be an organiser on the platform, even the con man. So be very aware of using Eventbrite. It is unlike any other online marketplace, it has no control of its organiser. How I appreciate Amazon, they look after customers much better than Eventbrite

  19. I have purchased two tickets for a perfume making event in London, sounds quite interesting right? It could not be found. The organiser didn’t leave any contact details, so we asked for the refund, no response at all. Called Eventbrite, told me they couldn’t do anything. I lost £60 for the 2 tickets. Please be very careful of using Eventbrite.

  20. very difficult system to navigate if the organizer runs into problems. l have an event that l am the organizer of and can’t access their system or talk to anyone or get any technical support whatsoever. l have to agree with the comments above. There is no customer service and it is appalling!

  21. Your website sucks. Every time I order tickets I NEVER receive the confirmation email and waste my life trying to figure it out. Your stupid app doesn’t work with the wallet. I saved my 6 tickets to the wallet and only one ticket. I need tickets for order number 753302612 emailed to me!

  22. i won tickets for the event on may 10 2018 for through back thuresday and i am trying to get a hold of how do i get the ticket please

  23. All support numbers are no longer in use! I can’t even figure out a way to e-mail anyone! I have one simple question! How do I close the registration when the event has reached capacity????? I realize this is a “free” app but we pay service/processing fees! We deserve to be able to ask someone a simple question!!!!

  24. I am having a terrible time getting a payout resolved. Event was May 3 Pollination Celebration : special guest Coach Fulmer in Tennessee. Payout was returned and I resubmitted account but have gotten no response. I can’t conect with a human to discuss it. The event was rescheduled from January 2018. All the info I can find is about that cancelled event. Help.

  25. It is extremely frustrating that a global platform like Eventbrite doe not have an email for its users to contact / report on issues.

Went to their ‘Contact Us’ page and no email was seen… what is the whole point of offering a digital platform when there is NO email to assist wit trouble shooting… All it did was brought its users in circles…how absurd!!!

My problem persists and where should I go for HELP…

I wonder if the Eventbrite team will ever see this message of mine! Pfffttt!

  26. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! Absolutely no customer service. All phone numbers are automated and regardless of what # you select the end with another automation leading you to a website solution and then you are disconnected.

  27. On August 27 2018 I submitted my credit card to Evenbrite for tw0 (2) tickets to the event at Stowe Gardens in Belmont, N.C., Jazz Under The Stars on September 3 2018.
Following the transaction, I did not receive an email confirming my purchase.
I checked with my credit card company today and learned that two tickets had been charged to my card for the event in the amount of $40.00 for two tickets and $8.78 for tax and handling on the date of my purchase.
Problem #1. The event will take place on Monday Sept 3, 2018. With your offices open only on Thursday August 30 and August t 13 2018 there will not be enough time for my ticket problem to be solved.

  28. Service stinks. I have spent a couple of hours just trying to get a ticket. I tried to get my ticket on line last night for Symphony of Lights, the system kept telling me that my Visa card didn’t match their “whatever??”. Tonight I used the same card and it went through. The problem is that it did’t register my discount code “5OFFLIGHTS”. So how do I get my $5.00 discount?

  29. Some customer support! I’m trying to get answers on a charge on my credit card to EB and all I get is bounced around from one non functioning phone number to another. Is anyone with any intelligence out there? Please respond.
