Customers can email the customer service department here We sent an email asking about the merger with AllState. We wanted to know if this would change coverage for current Esurance customers. We are awaiting a response.

Our Experience

If you want to contact the customer service department directly, all customers need to do is press a few options and the call goes to a representative. When the customer service representative answered the call, we asked if our service would be interrupted now that Esurance is backed by AllState. The agent assured us the merger would not hinder or interrupt a customer’s policy or present a lapse in coverage.

  1. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Nobody is ever at there desk so you get an answer machine. Also if you call the manager you get an answer machine. It’s taking too long to make a claim and they don’t give you a fair offer. I’m dealing with the company in Georgia and I am fed up.No wonder
    people want to sue for damage. It has cost my daughter and me
    anxiety and stress dealing with this company.

  2. Was interested into signing up with your company, but I found that you ask the same prejudicial questions as everyone else! Whether I’m, or anyone else is a high school, or college graduate is not a fair, nor an accurate predictor of how well someone drives!

  3. Esurance is not only more expensive, they bill your credit card after you cancel. Wished I would have never called and got mixed up with them. They will scam you. When I called to tell them they scammed my money I was threatened they could cost me my license and fines. I already changed insurance, so you just look stupid esurance and very stupid representatives!

  6. What a bunch of morons!. ALL I asked for was a payment mailing address. (I’m the mortgage holder on the home & I pay the insurance & property taxes)
    Their answer was that it didn’t come from the right computer & wanted 3 forms of ID to change the email address. I DIDN’T ask for them to change anything!! I’m just trying to send them a payment….What a bunch of clowns. Maybe they don’t want the payment.
