Ergon does not distribute energy to customers, but it does supply energy to subsidiaries that work directly with customers like Lampton-Love, Inc. and Ergon Marine and Industrial Supply. Ergon works with Lampton-Love on the Go Gas Green program. The program converts traditional fuel vehicles to propane – a cleaner alternative with less carbon impact.

The form requires only a name and email address as Ergon does not directly handle any residential or commercial accounts for customers.

Our Experience

Ergon customer service was quick to pick up our call. There is no automated list of options to choose from, but your call will be transferred through a switchboard. When we asked for the customer service department, the agent told us there was no customer service department. We were then told to contact our local distributor for information on our account even if the gas we used was supplied by Ergon. The agent sounded annoyed and did not want to answer any additional questions.
