The site explains details about the gym’s philosophy, which is just as interesting as the interior, based on pictures shown on the official website. According to the despite of the Equinox Experience, the company aims to provide an integrated experience between wellness and health.

Our experience contacting Equinox was perfect. We expected an automated system, but was surprised that the calls connect directly to a customer service agent. The total time we communicated with the agent was less than 4 minutes. We called, spoke with an agent and ended the call. The agent was friendly and professional.
