Customer Service Email

We did not find a dedicated email address or contact form for the main EPA Headquarters, but we did find a contact form where consumers can ask a question http://publicaccess.supportportal.com/ics/support/ticketnewwizard.asp?style=classic. Our Experience

The customer service line for Region 4 of the EPA was picked up by an automated system that told us to stay on the line for an agent. We waited less than one minute before an EPA customer service agent picked up the call. We asked for more information on Children’s Health Month. The agent told us to visit the Office of Children’s Health Protection for more information.

  1. Customer 086974 – Since your company merged with Mascaro we have been having no recycleables picked up after a holiday which would be one day later. Trash is always picked up, but not recycleables. Are we going to get a reduction in our rate? We let it out all day, maybe you are not aware of this problem?

  2. We strongly oppose your proposal to stop carbon emissions from coal power plants because that will make electricity skyrocket and we can not afford to pay expensive bills. we are in Poverty and are on fixed incomes and our utility bills keep getting higher and higher and we can not afford to pay outrageous utility bills. Please back off and use your common sense. It will also hurt jobs. It will hurt every
