Social Media

There was little to no interaction between the customer service department and customers. We noticed several customer complaints not addressed.

Customer Service Email

When we attempted to contact the customer service team by email, we were greeted with a login page. Unless you are a current eMachines customer, you cannot send a message to the customer service team.

Our Experience

Even though we wanted to contact the customer service department at eMachines, we settled for the corporate headquarters at Acer. We called several of the available phone numbers and eventually reached a live agent. This process took more than 20 minutes. After reaching a live agent, we were promptly directed to another department. It appeared as if the customer service department was not in-sync with the needs of the customer. We could not ask our question and our concerns were not addressed. This is by far not, what we expected. What say you Share your customer service experiences with us in the comment section below.
