We would like to have stated we spoke with the customer service team at easyJet. Unfortunately, the company does not have a toll-free number or contact information referencing the United States. Instead of calling, we sent a message on the company’s Twitter account asking if the company had contact information for customers calling from the United States.

  1. My husband and I flew easy jet from Bristol to paphos in October 2012. I have to say it was the best flight I have ever had! The crew were friendly cheerful and so polite. The service was excellent and the flight time was early…. Will without doubt fly with easy jet again. Thank you

  2. I phoned and talked to Johnson Lobo, EasyJet Customer Services to confirm my reservations which were made through with a broker, BudgetAir. Johnson was very patient, very helpful and informed me that he will mail me my two payment confirmations for my 2 bookings. When the first one arrived, I emailed him to inquire re the second. He replied to my email promptly to inform me that it will take 7-10 business days for the mail to arrive from the UK. The second confirmation arrived today. I am very very pleased with Johnson Lobo. He was very reliable and delivered as promised.

    However, it took more than 2 weeks for a reply to arrive from EasyJet customer service to my query re the computer error problems with my online booking through the EasyJet website. My conclusion, I had better and efficient service via telephone with EasyJet. It was worth the long distance phone call…

  3. On 22nd Feb 2013 my husband and I were on the flight from LGW to Budapest. An hour into the flight my husband fell acutely ill.I notified a stewardess called June and from that moment on he had continous attention. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the excellent care and interest in my sick husband.The crew also arranged for the paramedics to take further charge on arrival.He recovered in a few days. Once again we would like to thank Easyjet and their dedicated crew.Your sincerely

  4. I was assaulted by another passenger that was drunk on an easyjet flight. The crew were great but I complained in writing to Easy Jet 2 months ago and they haven’t even had the grace to respond. Travel with them again. YOU MUST BE JOKING.

  5. I was taken ill on the 1200 departure from marrakech to Gatwick on January 27th. The flight crew were very attentive and caring and i would like to give my thanks to them and to compliment Easyjet. My experiences with this airline have always been positive.

Just want to say thank you to the easyjet ground crew at FARO today – who spotted I had printed out a duplicate boarding pass for my partner and not one for myself – they were efficient and helpful – explaining the process needed to produce a manual boarding card – coming back to me to explain the wait /delay- all in all it was MY mistake but they helped me to board the plan (admittedly as the last passenger) much to my relief. not a hint of criticism for my oversight – and so polite. Thanks

  7. THe nubmer for the Netherland’s customer service is not receiving calls. I need to change the weight of the luggage after checking in for our flight from Paris to Catania on 31 May.

  8. Hello, we flew on easy jet flights to & from Naples from Bristol on the 17 the & back on the 22nd. I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service we received using special assistance! My daughter had broken her ankle & was using a wheelchair. The service couldn’t have been better, every one was so helpful & enabled us to really enjoy our holiday which I had been very apprehensive about. Could you also send my thanks to both the Bristol & Naples special assistance teams!! Our flight booking was EMD95VG Thank You Karen Southall

  9. Easyjet is ideal for pensioners with VERY small incomes but the downside is that pensioners often do not have computers skills and often as not computers and printers
    Can Easyjet exempt pensioners from printout their boarding passes?
