Our Experience

We noticed the Dacor customer service hotline is rather confusing. The automated system provides several options, but none are for the customer service department. The only available option is to press 0 and speak with an operator and then connect with the appropriate department. We chose this option in order to have the call directed accurately. After waiting approximately 2 minutes, we connected with an agent.

We asked the representative if the company provides information relating to self maintenance for customers who have products out of warranty. We are delighted to report this service is available to all customers. The agent directed us to the website and walked us through the process. Excellent customer service levels.
