Our Experience

When we contacted the customer service department, the first thing we encountered was an automated system. In order to reach the customer service department, you can stay on the line or press six (6). We made our selection and waited less than 90 seconds. After the customer service agent answered the call, we asked about the warranty of products purchased online. The agent explained the warranty and suggested we read the Crayola FAQs http://www.crayola.com/faq/ in the event we needed additional questions answered.
