When we looked through the social media pages, we noticed the customer service department was quick to respond to customer concerns. On average, the customer service department responded in less than five (5) minutes.

Customer Service Email

In order to reach the customer service department by email, you will need to utilize the feedback form on the website. We sent a message to the customer service department asking for the hours of operation. This information was not available on the website. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating a customer care agent would respond to our questions within three (3) business days.

When we contacted the customer service department, we reached a live agent in less than three (3) minutes. We were able to bypass the automated system by pressing zero (0). After the agent answered the call, we asked several questions relating to the long-term costs of the services. Although we reached the customer service department in a timely manner, the call lasted longer than expected. Considering the length of the call, the overall experience was mixed.
