If you just want to send along a note or question and you don’t really need to talk to a customer service representative, you can use the customer service email. We like email contact because it works while we’re busy doing this or that and then suddenly a response is there. We’ve tried this form to let you know how fast Conair customer service works.

Our Experience

There are no customer service hours listed for Conair customer service so we called on the weekend, which is usually when companies will trigger automated messages with the customer service hours. The Conair phone number is not really Conair at all. Sure Source, a Conair distributor, is the number listed on the Conair site for customer service is for online orders and products only. If you want to call Conair customer service you have to use the Conair appliance number at 1-800-326-6247.

  1. Only had cord keeper 1875 blow dryer two months and power switch and retractable cord doesn’t work. Called customer service they said I could send it back to be replaced but shipping charges are my responsibility. I feel that is very unfair and very dissatisfied

    • I purchased a Cord Keeper 1875 blow dryer 2 weeks ago and it is the worst blow dryer I have ever owned. On low speed it is barely hot and doesn’t dry your hair and on high speed it just blows your hair everywhere and is so hot it burns your scalp. I am extremely disappointed with this product. If I had kept the box I would return it for a refund. Unfortunately I had more faith in Conair and had disposed of the box immediately. What a waste of money!

  2. I received the Travel Smart expandable tote as a gift prior to a family trip. The first time I used the tote the plastic slide lock mechanism on the draw string broke. I have been searching the Conair website for an email contact but there is not a working email for customers to contact. Dissatisfied with this company

  3. I had a curling iron start to die and instead of losing heat heated up extremely hot while only on level11 and burned my hair out of my head. I contacted customer support was told 2-3 business days I would receive a call back…almost 2 weeks later and…no phone call. I call customer service today and they have no record of it. I have always used Conair products for over 20 years but they don’t care enough about consumers to even try to call me back??? ….never again! done with Conair

  4. I have had the Conair 1875 cordkeeper hairdryer for a few months.
I noticed that when you retract the cord, it tends to whip around and it has almost hit me in the face several times. I try to hold it far from my body when retracting it. This morning it did not fully retract and whipped around hitting my lip, cutting it, and causing it to swell up and bleed. While not a serious injury, it could have broken a tooth, or if it had been higher, injured my eye. I am writing this in the hopes that you will look into this problem and avoid serious injury to someone in the future. I took a photo of my lip should you care to see it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  5. I have been deeply disappointed that you discontinued the Easy Holding Hairsetter. I used it many years, and now have a problem finding a used one. It was the only one that would hold on my baby fine hair.
My question was, “What was the reason you discontinued this product”. I know of others who also used it and would like it back.

    Thank you for listening,

    Wilma Sullivan

  6. This is the 2nd makeup mirror I have purchased from Conair and will be the last. I need 10 watt bulbs and called the number and was told by a representative that she could not help me due to the numbers the voice mail stated. The voice mail said the numbers would be on the back of the mirror or the bottom the numbers I could find were on the back and they were not what she needed. This is the last product I will purchase from Conair and when I am done I won’t be the only one. Thanks for nothing because you do not back your products.

  7. Heating Pad I purchased did not have the proper directions for controlling the heat level. They would refund my money or send me the same model with proper instructions but I had to pay the postage . Where is product control? After 2 phone calls I wasted my time after long waits while they checked with corporate

  8. I have electric rollers that I bought at a garage sale when I was going to school at Christ For The Nations Dallas in 1987
I have used them 28 years. Do not know how long previous owner. Today they stopped working
Just to let you know .This was some good rollers.
