Considering the customer service department is open 24/7, we expected to reach the customer service department rather quick. We were correct. In less than 2 minutes, we were speaking with the customer service department. We asked the representative the correct path to take if we have a technical concern with our computer. The agent offered the following advice, “although the customer service department is equipped to answer technical questions, the tech support team is the correct department to contact”.
