  1. My husband and I just tried out the new colgate optic white toothpaste for the first time. When we opened the box we got an unpleasant surprise the first time we tried to squeeze out some toothpaste – the bottom was improperly sealed and toothpaste shot out and got everywhere. We were shocked – we have both been using colgate toothpaste for years and have never experienced anything like this. Is there anyway that we can get a new tube? We really enjoyed using whatever was left!

  2. unable to locate new colgate mouthwash in this area..also no printable coupons available on website
for your products . Help !!!!

  3. Respected Sir, While I write this comment, I would request you to kindly acknowledge my message vide email, so that I will think that company is serious about my comments. I was bit shocked when I saw the packing of colgate paste, though it can easily be opened and use it and keep back the cap in the box and may be put for sale. I experience this when I opened new colgate pack this morning to brush was I saw was the tube was hallow and much of paste was used up I believe, recently I took from the retailer old spice after shave lotion and this too was opened, when asked why the seal of the cover is opened, the shop keeper says that to show it to customers we open the seal. we(customers) are being cheated by retailer especially for all packed things can be easily opened and be used by shop keepers and put back it for sale, hence I appeal to the company to seal in such a way that it can never by opened and once it opened it can never be closed, with some polythene tightly sealed you may put this additional cost to customers but see that they are tightly sealed so that the customers like us will be satisfied for the products we buy as colgate company is not small company where any tom dick and harry can cheat but certainly retailer are misusing your products. Hence take initiative now. regards.

  4. I purchased a Cologate 360 Electric toothbrush in the month of August 2013 and I changed the batteries 3 times and it’s not working, its a blue and white handle. I don’t have the receipt but I purchased it at a CVS in the Bronx. How can I get a replacement on this product.

  5. I love your new whiting tooth paste and whiting product but, the tooth whiting seems to get stuck in the tooth brush and I can not seem to get it unclogged.

Any suggestions or are you going to fix the brush?

  6. My husband and myself use Colgate toothpaste all the time. But for some strange reason the, sparking white with mint zing, had a very strange affect on us. It effected husband first.he complained of burning and peeling inside of mouth. I just shrugged it off. The next night it did me same way. My mouth, lips and gums peeled and burned allot. It stayed that way 2days.
Can you explain what happened with this?

  7. Triclosan is a toxic and ineffective substance that should not be added to your toothpaste. I am warning everyone I know to check the label on the box carefully and not to buy if triclosan is an ingredient.

  8. AS a long time user of Colgate toothpaste. I decided to try Colgate Triple Action. AND, each time I used it, I began retching.

Last night, I not only retched but threw up from it.

  9. I am writing to complain about the fluoride in the toothpaste. People are finding out this chemical is a waste product of the phosphate factories and it is a poison. the Nazi’s used this in Germany in the concentration camps. More people are finding out about it and want an alternative to fluoride toothpaste and It would be nice if you made most without it for the health of people and children.
