Bundled services give customers a chance to save money, but often carry detailed service agreements that require the customer keep services for a pre-determined service period. Most bundles from Cogeco require the customer keep service for a minimum of 12 months per the terms and conditions.

Cogeco is great about listing contact information for investors and media, but we found it a bit more difficult to find a customer service mailing address for the general customer. We finally found a post office box listed as the contact address for Cogeco. The physical address for the corporate office is also available.

Customer Service Email
Sometimes sending an email to customer service is the best or desired method. Some companies list email addresses for the customer service department, but most offer a contact form that customer service representatives read and answer. The Cogeco customer service department claims they will answer emails within 5 days of receipt – if possible. The residential customer service line is voice activated. You need to follow the automated system to reach customer service. You cannot press 0 to move through the system more quickly. On the day we called we were warned that wait times would be five minutes. After two minutes of waiting, we were asked for our phone number. We tried to pass over this by pressing 0, but the system just kept repeating. If you do not have an account with Cogeco, it is best to contact customer service through the new sales department.
