Our Experience

When we contacted the customer support team, we wanted to know about the return and exchange department and the applicable policies. After navigating through the automated system, we asked the agent to explain. The agent told us customers can return OR exchange their products within 30 days, if the product is new and unused.

    I am a huge fan of coach and own a lot of coach products. I have meet had a problem until recently. I purchased a pair of Coach Allegra sneakers in silver last year at Macy’s and I absolutely love them. With the start of the summer season I have recently been wearing them and noticed they are ripping apart on the side where the rubber part starts. Do you know of any flaws that were happening with this product and also, do you know where I can purchase a new pair? I have looked all over and cannot find them.

  4. I HAVE A PATENT LEATHER CREAM COLOR COACH BAG THAT I PURCHSE FROM ONE OF THE COACH ONLINE EXCLUSIVE MEMBERS ONLY SALE, NOW I ONLY TOTE COACH BAGS AND I KEEP ALL MY BAGS TOGETHER. NOW MY CREAM COLOR BAG GOT SOME SPOTS ON IT THAT I HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT GOT ON THERE, I HAVE ONLY USE THE BAG 2 TIMES CAUSE OF ITS COLOR AND I BOUGHT IT TO MATCH A DRESS. NOW I CALLED THE COACH STORE WHERE I PURSCHSE ALL MY BAGS AT IN SMIHFIELD, NC AT THE PREMIUM OUTLETS TO SEE IF THEY SOLD A CLEANER FOR PATENT LEATHER BAGS WHICH THEY DID NOT.I WAS ADVISE BY THE ASSOCIATE TO USE ALCHOL TO CLEAN IT. WHICH DID NOT WORK. IS THERE ANY SUGGESTION ON CLEANING MY BAG.I PAID TO MUCH TO DISCARD OF IT CAUSE IT CANT BE USE UNTL CLEANED

  5. I have been buying Coach for 40 years. Just found out after another $400 purchase that they are made in China. Still says coach NY on the Bag.
    What a shame. Never again and I will make a point to tell everyone I talk to to not buy that cheap Chinese Crap.
    If I convince ten people, and they convince another ten.
    I am pissed.

    • Well I guess that explains the low quality on the products then. I have a pair of Coach sun glasses that the ear piece is loose & will not tighten. I also have a few Coach handbags. I am NOT impressed with these products at all. You pay a ton of money for them & You expect them to last quite a while. I have 1 of my Coach bags that has a hole wearing in it & the strap is coming apart. I took it back to The Coach store & she told me that is normal wear. Excuse me…I have had this bag for 2 years & I switch them out. I take very good care of my handbags. When not in use they are in the bag they came with. I also NEVER put my purse on the floor, they are on a counter/shelf, bed or hanging from a coat hook. I have used that bag for MAYBE a total of 6-8 months. I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER WITH THIS AT ALL!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER COACH PRODUCT AGAIN. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY!! Coach you have LOST another Customer.

  7. I bought a pair of Coach Tristee Rainboots earlier this year and wore them a handful of times. The black rubber part a the foot went grey after wearing them but I just passed that off as usual.
    Then I take them back out a couple of days ago and wear them a couple of times and I notice that the back is ripping. I called customer service and they can do nothing because its past the 60 days of purchase. Its easy tell by the soles that they’ve hardly been worn. I think its disgusting that they don’t even entertain a conversation about it. They told me I could mail them in but they’ll just mail them back, what’s the point!
    When you’re spending a lot of money on a so called quality product it should last.

  8. The following incident occurred at your Tinton Falls, NJ outlet on November 27th. While my daughter was on line waiting to purchase a handbag I was waiting outside. Realizing it was taking such very long I asked the gentlemen outside the entrance who controlled the number of customers entering the store if I could cgo in and just get my infant granddaughter so that I may feed her outside of the store. They told me sure but please use the other door that says exit. When I walked in a very irate young woman almost screamed at me and shouted, “You can’t come in here!” I explained why and she said “I don”t care who said you could come in now get out!” With that order she reached out and came on inch from my shoulder ready to shove me. I asked her if she was a relative of Coach, Inc. because I wasn’t sure how anyone would have given her a job and she told me her husband was store manager. That certainly explained why she was an employee. She is definitely no asset to your products’ profits!

  9. I’m doing you a favor and letting you know why I plan on never shopping at Coach again. Your return policy is unbelievable, I feel like I’ve been scammed. When you pay that much for merchandise a person would think there would be a decent return policy. What happened to customer service? For every person like me out there, there are 20 more that don’t bother telling you how much you suck and why they will never shop there again.

    My friend bought me a pair of glove few years ago and I didn’t wear until this winter, and it comes out so much colors on my hand in the rainy day, it was horrible and couldn’t get rid of the colors on my hand easily, the glove cost $100 dollars and I didn’t expected had this bad quality, and I only wear it about 10 times only, I couldn’t wear that anymore because the color come out so badly, I want to send the pictures to you which you can more understand how badly it was but I couldn’t find any Coach email address, so please let me know how should do this.   11. On February 16, 2016 I purchased a tote from the Branson MO Coach store. They did not ask for any personal information when I checked out. Your company violated my expectation of privacy when you, without my knowledge or consent, e-mailed my receipt, which contained personal information, to another individual. When I was alerted this had happened , I immediately went back to the store and asked to speak to a manager. She asked if I lived at a certain address which I indicated I did not nor had I ever. This is a violation of privacy for the individual who received the email as well as her information was now given to me. Your company arbitrarily decided that because another individual with the same last name bought something from your store. That is a gross misuse of power and a strict violation of my privacy. The only response I received was “I am sorry”. That is not sufficient. I certainly don’t want this to happen to anyone else! I have also mailed a letter to your CEO Victor Luis.

All My friends know I am a Coach Collector so disappointed that one of my friend buy me a long wallet for birthday present it stain all my credit card and I brought it to the store the staff asking foe receipt which make me more mad how can I ask my friend for receipt the only thing I can do is ask all my friend stop buying Coach product for me and I will never buy forever

  14. Last summer I received a Coach black handbag with 2 shoulder straps & 4 sections as a birthday gift from my sister. She purchased in St. Louis & sent it to me in California. After a few months, one of the straps started to fray badly & I brought to the Coach store at a local mall & was told I had to have a receipt of purchase & it had to be less than a year old….and the clerk was less than friendly. I was shocked as my sister had purchased many Coach items & always had problem areas taken care of nicely even without a receipt. I then brought the purse to a shoe repair shop & they said it must have been a faulty strap because the other strap was in great condition but they tried to repair it the best they could. I’m so upset because my purse is no longer perfect and my sister is also upset as she sent me the purse knowing how excited I would be to get it. I don’t think I could ever purchase a Coach handbag on my own knowing the kind of treatment I would get if I had a problem with it.
    This was my first Coach purse.

  15. This is my 1st time bought a Coach handbag on 23 Oct 2016 at Pavilion Malaysia Outlet. I am using the bag not even a month, the leather start tearing off at some part of the handbag. After that I visited the outlet again and noted that leather is not part of the warranty coverage.

    I quite disappointed for the first experience using Coach and upset because my handbag is nolonger perfect.

  17. I’m very disappointed with my experience at the coach outlet store yesterday at Niagra on the lake yesterday. I was told by the associate that all clearance is 60%off and an additional 30% off. When I picked the bag I wanted from the clearance and went to pay for it the cashier asked me the name of the person who helped me and when he was putting the bag thru I noticed a difference that was quoted by the the associate and the cashier. So I told him and he abruptly and said ur getting the 60 and 30 percent off. I felt embarrassed and tried to get a hold of the associate who helped me. But ofcourse he didnt want to listen. Im very disappointed. My mistake was that i should have retured the bag right away and walked out. but i felt embrassed being put in the spot and walked out quietly.
    I would like for u to please look into this issue. I can email u my receipt and the price tag info. Thank you
