Our Experience

The Caesars Atlantic City location customer service line is quick and to the point. The automated system offers just a few options, the most important of which are to press 2 for reservations and 4 for other inquiries. If you choose not to press any numbers your call will be answered by an operator who will then ask you about the nature of your call so the call can be transferred. On the day we called we spoke with a friendly agent working at the Atlantic City location. She transferred us to a customer service agent so we could ask about the Total Rewards Air program. The agent explained that the program is a special deal offering reduced airfare and room costs for trips to three destinations: Atlantic City, NJ; Laughlin, NV and Tunica, MS.

  1. I would like to file a complaint – on July 31st my friends and I went to Caesars atlantic City to eat and gamble. Due to a free concert on the beach we were forced to pay $50.00 rather than $5.00 for parking. Shame on you – how can you randomly change the price whenever you feel you can price gouge the cost. Is this even legal? I am truly disappointed and will think twice before returning to your hotel in the future.

  2. I was put in a room next to many young drunk men. Also they put in a room with a jointing room. These men keep banging on the room all night long. I was nervous and didn’t sllep all night. I called security a few times. It was the worst stay anywhere for me. I’m not happy. I should be charged for this stay. Also they could move me to another room because they were booked.

  3. Don’t stay there. I was changes for “room damage” that was already damaged when I checked in.
Now I’m doing battle to get my money back because a highly qualified housekeeper wrote a report
