Our Experience

The customer service department places the customer first. After listening to approximately 6 options, we selected 0 for the customer service department and within 60 seconds we were connected to a live agent. We wanted to know if we could return or exchange a product if the retail location does not accept a return. The agent explained Braun would take care of the customer if the customer had a valid receipt.

I purchased a Braun series 3 electric razor recently and I am very disappointed with the shave I get using this razor.My first electric razor was a Norelco,which I used for the past 9 years.When I needed to replace my razor I purchased the Braun thinking I was purchasing a superior razor,but I soon realized that Norelco gave me a better shave.When I shave with the braun I have to keep going over the same area more times to get a decent shave.   2. I purchased a Braun electric shaver about 10 years ago. I can’t seem to get it to power up or charge. I would like to have it repaired and possibly pass it along to my son when he comes into a shaving age. Where can I send it for repair?

    my severely militarily disabled husband has been using your Braun Flex XP II, model number 5770. He needs a replacement foil screen, or what ever is involved.
    Please advise me where i could purchase this item, as many stores do not carry this model number any more. My husband is used to this shaver and loves it.

    I have been using Braun razors for dozens of years, I recently acquired the so called- state of the art- series 7- 760CC-4 Braun razor. I was surprised to note that there is no plastic protector for the foil and cutter cassette. All previous models had such a protective cover. Also, I was very disappointed to note that the carrying case provided can ONLY hold the razor and there is no room for the special cord set. This makes it very inconvenient when travelling. In the past all Braun razor models came with a carrying case that held both the razor and the power cord. Why the change? It is certainly not customer considerate/friendly. Is there a travel case that will hold both items? Frankly, had I known this ahead of time, I would never have purchased the new Braun razor.

  7. it infuriates me that braun continues to sell shavers knowing that the outer cases deteriorate after continuously using their braun cleaner.both of my braun shavers have had this happen.and of course,the braun service center can no longer replace the outer casing.i have read other like comments.at this point,i am shopping for a new brand.braun buyers BEWARE !!!!!

  8. I bought a braun put pocket go battery operated shaver for my husband and he only used the shaver 3 or times. The screen broke not the base just the screen.i only paid $15.00 for the shaver , the replacement screens are about what the shaver cost. I don’t think it should of broke after 3 or 4 times. I was very unsatisfied.

  9. I just wanted to submit my complaint, I have been loyal customer of series3 electric razors for quite a while-was great product! But your company has chosen to cut corners- replacement heads(blades) 32s are only lasting 2 months at most , sometimes even 1 1/2 months!Result too expensive to maintain, I will be searching for different brand that has better quality replacement heads as $25 is too much every month!!!!

  10. i purchased a Braun 190 series razor and it took forever to get a clean shave. so i returned it before the 60 days were up and three months later i have not received a refund check.

  11. Braun Customer Service?!?!? What a joke! I want to speak to a LIVE HUMAN BEING to ask a simple question. Instead I sit throught 3-4 minutes of menu information which is totally useless to my situation!! How I long for the good old days when companies CARED about their CUSTOMERS. Company motto today is, “Slide your money under the door and don’t bother us!”

  15. I bought a Braun seriies 3 380 razor today. I just read the instructions and discovered that the foil and cutter are to be replaced after only 7 shaves!!! Surely you’re kidding. I’m outraged!! I am returning the shaver forthwith..

  17. I spent an hour at the Braun website trying to identify an epilator for face and body. The model I ordered, the Sil-epil 7-929 Spa, arrived today and it looks as if it will NOT work as a facial hair epilator. I called customer service and listened to its maddening recordings for a long…..long…..long time before finally giving up. Can you please tell me if the Sil-epil 7 is safe to use on one’s face before I pack it up, return it, and order an other brand? Thank you.

  19. I purchased a Braun 9990 razor approximately a year ago and have ongoing issues with the cutting foil cracking. Once this happens it really tears up your face. I have owned 4 other Braun razors and have never had this issue before. I either would like to return the razor for a full refund or have you send me a supply of the cutting foils. I have been a loyal customer and even have my son using your razors (he is on his second 7 series). I am hopeful you will do the right thing.

    I am 74 and my facial hair is grey and soft. I had a Braun 7680 for over ten years, and it was an excellent shaver. When the batteries died, I purchased a Braun Series 7 at Costco about one year ago, and I was very disappointed in how it shaved my face. Not only did it miss lots of hair, but the clipper was poorly designed when compared to my old 7680. I just purchased your economical S3 at Costco, and it shaves much better than my Series 7.

  21. I have been using Norelco shavers for years with no problems. Recently, I was persuaded by your ad that the Braun Water Flex W – 2 gave “amazingly close, smooth shave”, so I bought and used it three times. It was rough, pinched me and and cut me in two places. The shave was no closer than my old Norelco. Not only that, after completely charging it, within two shaves (10 min.) the low battery light started blinking. And then to add insult to injury your customer service rep. told me I had to pack it up & ship it to your service center in Lincoln, Nebraska and wait one or two weeks for either a repair or replacement. And to advertise that the Braun is the world’s best shaver. IT’S A PIECE OF JUNK!! Not only do I deserve a full refund (via Wal-Mart), but I think I deserve some compensation for having to take the consequences for poor quality control and poor customer service. Why should I be penalized & inconvenienced for Braun’s errors? Please, spare me a feeble apology. Just send me a check and we’ll call it even. ( When family saw my bloody face, they thought I had returned to a
    razor blade.)

  22. On September 16, 2017 I bought the Braun Series 3 300s Electric Shaver for men from Walmart.com. They did not have this shaver in the store. This is at least the 4th or 5th Braun shaver that I have bought in the past. Since I could not see the shaver I assumed that it would be very much like the 320s -4 that I have been using for years and that it would have the trimmer. In order to trim I must use my previous shaver. The Braun Series 3 300s gives me 10 or 11 shaves before having to recharge it. The 320s gave me a lot more shaves especially when it was no more than a couple of years old. When shaving with the 3 300s at my lips I have had to pull some hairs out with tweezers because after a couple of shaves the hairs were too long.
    The 3 300s is not what I expected. If I had known that it did not have the trimmer I would not have bought it. I am very unsatisfied with this shaver. I would expect a full refund $39.96 or a shaver like the 320s -4 with the trimmer.

  23. In December I purchased two series 9 electric shavers. One deciding factor was the rebate offered at that time. I sent in the proper form, the UPC code, and the receipt from Amazon proving the purchase. Even though I purchased two shavers, I was only eligible to receive one rebate. I have waited almost three months and no sign of the rebate. I am hoping someone can check on this and respond.

  24. I’ve tried every electric shaved including your 5-7,.I’ve tried about every brand,but my beard is so tough and hard to shave,even with a blade.would you let me try/ review one of your series 9 to see if it would shave me. I would be honest and work with you all

  25. It is impossible to get a mailer. My shaver disintegrated after I opened the headI bought a Remington in 1961. A number of years later I started using Norelco shavers. I bought the Braun and shaved with it until I opened the head. Pieces started falling everywhere. Three phone calls and an hour on the internet is enough. Clearly, Braun does not care. I urge everyone not to buy Braun, Procter and Gamble, and Oral B.

    I am a man who always kept the hair on my head very low by using a electric shaver. So to achieve that I bought a Sweet LF sws7105 from Amazon which did the job perfectly but the blade holder kept coming apart so I was advised to get myself a Braun Series 3 ProSkin which I did.

    I eventually bought the Braun Serie 3 ProSkin from Amazon but this machine which is supposed to be a close shaver and is much more expensive than the L F 7015 does not cut low even if I keep going over the same spot repeatedly.

    Having spent this much I am very disappointed with its performance, so either this machine has got a fault, or I have bought the wrong machine for the purpose I require it to preform.
    That being said I request that you either change, or let me have a similar shaver which can give me a close head shave.

    I am looking forward to you urgent response

  28. I have just sent Braun a message regarding my DISSATISFACTION` with one of its product the Series 3 ProSkin shaver that I bougHT.,
    Then I began to read similar comments from many other dissatisfied customers with this product, and I am wondering how could a company such as BRAUN that is so internationally established allow themselves to acquire a DISGUSTING & DISGRACEFUL REPUTATION, and it seams that no positive steps have been taken to address this shameful issue.

  29. I bought a Braun shaver two years ago price 130 euros and used it once every two days. Of two years three months the battery stopped working. Also I had to replace the head twice during this time 34 euros each. I am definitely disappointed with the company/product. I am posting it back to the headquarters as a protest. 😉
