Members requiring customer service should have their member card ready when calling the customer service line. Members press 1 or wait to enter the member number from your card. Look at the front of the ID card for the number. Only enter the numbers. You also have the option of entering the last four of your social security number. The automated system is setup to keep asking questions, but if you answer NONE of the questions the call WILL eventually be transferred to a customer service agent. You can press 0 twice to skip the options.
