Customer Service Email
Members who want to contact Blue Cross Blue Shield Florida customer service, but don’t want to call or write can fill out the customer service email form at http://www3.bcbsfl.com/wps/portal/bcbsfl/contactus/emailcustomerservice. The form is designed for general questions only. Personal medical questions cannot be answered via email. The email form requires a current mailing address because the customer service team will NOT contact you back by email. You will receive the response to your inquiry by standard mail within 10 business days.
Members requiring customer service should have their member card ready when calling the customer service line. Members press 1 or wait to enter the member number from your card. Look at the front of the ID card for the number. Only enter the numbers. You also have the option of entering the last four of your social security number. The automated system is setup to keep asking questions, but if you answer NONE of the questions the call WILL eventually be transferred to a customer service agent. You can press 0 twice to skip the options.
