Our Experience

The Bissell customer service line is answered with an automated message about the Bissell customer service website. Customer service callers should press 4 to reach an agent. If you’re calling about a specific machine, have the model number ready when the agent answers as you will be asked for the number. We asked our agent about using non-Bissell cleaning solutions in Bissell machines. The agent informed us that Bissell machines were designed to use Bissell cleaning solutions only and using other solutions could void the warranty.
