  3. sat., 3:22 hunting counter – complete incompetent service; has serving number system yet people walk up and buy ammo ( what we were waiting to buy) literally thre to for employees standing there looking at register, terrible, but my husband calm man. I’m glad

  4. I recently had taken a vacation at Tim’s Ford Tn. while on the fishing trip I encountered some problems with my bass boat. I stopped in at TMBC at 38 Marina Lane at Winchester, Tn I spoke with the Manager and described the problem I was having with my rig. The shop was very busy but Charlie (Service Mgr.)investigated the problem immediately and without hesitation proceeded to make the necessary repairs. The cost of the repairs were reasonable and I was on my way within a few minutes. This was the second time I have visited this Marine Dealer in need of assistance and in both cases these folks went above and beyond to assist me. Their attitude and customer service helped make what could have been a disaster of a fishing trip into a very successful and enjoyable vacation. I would greatly appreciate it if this posting would be passed along to all the folks at TMC Marine and Johnny Morris! Thanks to all!
