Our Experience

Although the level of customer service was on par with major financial institutions, we were not pleased with the wait to speak with a customer service representative. We waited in excess of 5 minutes to ask a general question. When the agent finally answered the call, we asked if customers finances were FDIC insured considering the main branch is located outside of the US. The agent assured us deposits are FDIC insured according to applicable federal laws.

If the company fixes the customer wait time, the experiences would have been near perfect. Were we wrong with our assessment of bank of Nova Scotia customer service? Share your thoughts on what we gat wrong.
