There is very little contact information listed for Ativa despite the fact that the company sells tons of products. All products are sold through Office Depot so the customer service department at store level may be able to help just as much, if not more, than the Ativa customer service team.
You can contact Ativa customer service from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Friday. The offices are closed on major holidays.

Ativa customer service does a great job of sharing contact information, including the mailing address. There is no mention of where the address goes or if there should be an Attn: line in the address. We assume this address is actually for the main office as many customer call centers are not equipped with mail rooms.

The URL for the official Ativa website is http://www.ativaproducts.com/. The site works a dual function – customer service and product description. We were a little let down on the product description side of the site because the descriptions are all located on the Office Depot site and many links lead to a page where no information exists. There is no warning that the customer is being taken to a third-party site; another problem.
If you’re have difficulty with an Ativa product, you may find answers to common questions in the FAQs section, but again we’re disappointed. Instead of listing questions and answers, each of the Ativa products is given a Word document as a FAQs page. You have to download each one on your personal computer to access information.
Customer Service Email
The praise we’ve been giving the Ativa customer service website ends with the customer service email topic. Email is an important means of connecting with customer service, but no address or form is listed on the site and the FAQs section is comprised of Word documents, so no email forms there.
Considering Ativa does not care to share a ton of details relating to the customer service department, we were didn’t set our hopes high when we contacted the customer care hotline. To our disbelief, we connected with a live agent in less than 30 seconds. We wanted to know the best way for customers to return products under warranty. The agent explained all products could either be returned to the online store of the retail locations.
