Contact the highest form of customer service when you send your letter to the corporate office at:
Asko Appliances IncPO Box 940609Plano, TX 75094
The corporate address is not for time sensitive customer service issues. There are no service personnel at corporate that have the answer to why your Asko appliance is not working. Typically, the mailing address is used for customers who love or dislike Asko and want to make sure their feelings are heard by people at the top of the company.
The official website for Asko is located at http://www.askousa.com, but this is not the most important page of the site. We’ve listed a few more important pages that customers can use to troubleshoot errors and issues or contact Asko customer service.
- Customer Care: http://www.askousa.com/customer-care/
- ServiceSaver: http://www.askoinfo.com/customercare/servicesaver.php
The ServiceSaver page is particularly important because customers can run the program and seek out common problems and solutions, saving a ton of money over a service bill.
Another important page of the site is the product registration page http://www.askousa.com/en/customer-care/register-my-appliance/. When you register your product, the registration connects the appliance with the warranty and your name. When you call customer service, the agent can access your equipment faster.
Customer Service Email
The Asko customer service email address is email@example.com. This address is for general information about Asko appliances only, not troubleshooting, technical, return or any other detailed form of customer service.
A common concern of customers contacting an appliance company is where to locate a service provider in the event the product is damaged. This was our intention when we contacted the customer service department. We almost forgot our question due to the lengthy wait time. We called and waited for more than 10 minutes between the automated system and waiting to speak with a live agent.
After connecting with a customer service representative, we asked for the local repair shop. We expected a quick answer, but we were placed on hold again while the agent retrieved an answer. The typical customer would potentially end the call, but we decided to see if the agent was apologetic. They were not and when they returned, they simply provided the answers to our questions. Maybe the customer service department was having a bad day. Have anything else to add to the conversation? Comment below.
