  1. what a big disappointment asda direct was. I received a faulty sofa bed a day later than agreed it could not be repaired and had to be returned. the damage was from my sofa getting wet at the distribution centre. because this was faulty and not me changing my mind I wanted a replacement and needed it for my grandchildren to stay over the school holiday.it has taken 4 weeks and still I have not got my replacement, even though I was told I could have a delivery and collection on the same day, I took half a day holiday from work to wait in only to be told I had been miss informed and only had the bed collected.
    after so many phone calls I have lost count and was promised that my calls would be returned but sadly that didn’t happen very often now I have found out I have been on hold so many times I now have a large phone bill.
    any way asda has now won I can take no more of the stress and disappointment any more.the school holiday is nearly over and I have waisted enough time lost enough money.I am so stressed taken holiday because of wrong information. I have been out and bought a sofa bed not the colour I wanted and spent more money that I had intended and had to pay extra for a lovely young man to bring the sofa bed to my house within half an hour from my purchase,and guess what none of the staff that I have been dealing with me at asda are there and I haven’t got my refund. I expect the reason for this is because they are discussing what is the best way to amend what they have done after having my money for 31 day and me having no sofa bed,and being so way out of pocket. I look forward to the reply I get from asda so very soon x
