We sent a message to the customer service department asking for the prices if customers want another credit report. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating the customer service department would respond within 48 hours.

Our Experience

When we contacted the customer service department, we reached a live agent after less than two (2) minutes. We asked several questions centering on the effects of running a credit report on your credit score. The agent explained that customers receiving one free credit report per year, will not be affected. The overall experience was better than expected.   1. Excellent, as long as I receive the reports. I tried to do it online several times in 2014 and could not get anything to go thru. Very strange, since it worked for me online during past years without a hitch.

  3. Your online source is horrible!! I finally after several attempts make it to have access to my reports and then the page gives me error and now I cannot access the reports as it appears I already have had my free reports!!!??? Are you now running a scam!?

  4. The Customer Service?? You can’t even talk to a live person. On this day 12/11/2015 I’d like to cancel my free 7 day trial. If anything more is charged I will report this site to the Better Business Bureau.
    I never even got my score??
    It’s wrong how you take advantage of people. Shame.

  5. The 8228 number is not handicap accessible to people with speech disorders and there is no option to talk to a customer service PERSON.

  6. What is the customer service phone number? The one listed only is for ordering credit reports. There is no option to get a live person.
    I ordered my annual credit report for Equifax on Jan 27, 2016. It is now March 21. It has not arrived. Equifax days call Annual Credit Report customer service. What number do you call? I need someplace number with a live human .

  7. Verification questions? ? I had to answer “none of the above” to ALL of them! None pertained to me. So ..it then told me id need to send me DL and SSC through the mail to them with my request. Scary thing is, even if ONE of those things were supposed to be me. ..someone has stolen my identity. And now the they want me to send out copies of my ss# and DL# in the mail? ?

  8. the worst, every effort to remove humans from talking and no way to do so. foolish and frustrating..every number are all portals to automated responses could not find one human to talk to and your site does NOT have all the answers

The customer service expierence was a complete night mere the rep wha said his name was charm asked me over 10 securiry questions to tell me i failed he had an ancient and then disconnected our phone call with no resolution when all I wanted was to make sure no other charges accrued from me receivibg a free credit report. Withbthat being said the calls should be screened.
