We are saddened to report that a company aimed at the professional is not the easiest company to reach if you have general questions. We had to contact the corporate headquarters and this was an experience in itself. We asked the operator for the customer service department and for some reason the operator wanted to answer or concern. They never transferred our call.
Considering the resistance, we asked the operator if we could answer how customers could locate an authorized service provider on the website.
