Our Experience
Considering the company is outside of the United States, we were unable to speak with a customer service representative. Although we could communicate over the phone, all is not lost. We sent an email to the company, sent a message on the Facebook page and the Twitter page. We realized, not every customers has access to a telephone and this is the way they would have to communicate, so this is the way we will communicate.

I have a serious problem, but can not have it solved through any source, either in Mumbai, where the Airtel Store made a major blunder or even in Pune where I reside.
I am a Senior Citizen residing in Pune. I had important work in Mumbai and needed to make a recharge. So I visited this shop in Bandra and asked him to give me full talktime for the value of Rs. 395/for a Pune customer. When my message details came, they gave me a scheme for Rs.395/ 30 days benefit unlimited local AZA. What can I do with this? I have no Airtel contacts.
