Our Experience

Contacting the customer service department by phone was a challenge. There is no phone numbers for international customers. Instead, we have to rely on contacting the customer service team by email and through social media. Although this is a slight inconvenience, we still liked the response time of the customer service department. The overall experience was better than expected.     It’s a mistake …………I am living in BANGKOK THAILAND.

  2. Up to now i have always been satisfied with my reservations in hotels in THAILAND……….as i live here and travel a lot through this country……….
    But bad surprise ! ….on my last bank statement : i have been debited for 13500 bahts for a réservation AGODA HOTEL IN LONDON where i did not go ??
    I have proof on my passport.
    Can you find out who used this réservation ?……………..and credit my account.

  3. Dear Customer service representative,

    I would like to complain about an hotel I booked through Agoda.

    Last week I wanted to book 1 double room and 1 single room for me, my wife and our son, for 2 nights at Hotel in Eilat, arriving on Friday the 5th September and leaving on the 7th.
    On the basis of what I saw in your website I decided to make the reservations in hotel Rio, 3 star so it says, and received your booking ID 54574378 on my name and 54574654 on my son’s name.

    In late evening of Thursday the 4th my son and I decided to drive to Eilat the same night so we called Rio hotel and told them that we have reservations through Agoda for tomorrow and we that we want
    one double room arriving very late to receive one day in advance, they told me that they only have a 3 bad room of same class which costs a bit more than we paid through Agoda and we took it.

    When arriving to the Hotel, around 02:30 AM we got the Room and we were shocked!! I cannot describe the way the room looks like, nothing like in your pictures, I will attach some photos for you to understand’ I have more photos of how the hall and other places look like but I only attach with regards to the room itself:

    I immediately went back to the “reception” and asked if there is no mistake and was told that this is the room, so I said that I asked for the same type of room as I booked through Agoda for the following nights and the lady told me that this is the lowest standard as ”usually Agoda gives reduced prices” so this is the standard of the rooms that we will also get tomorrow, one double and one single but of the same type.

    At 3 o’clock in the morning we had no other choice, we went to sleep, got up very early in the morning after very short sleep (as the curtain is actually transparent and does not cover the entire window and the sun light was so strong- see photo 2068) and decided to leave the hotel, after taking some photos, I asked to see the manager and was told that he will come late so I left my telephone No. and asked that he will call me and went to look for a decent hotel to stay, the manager never called me!!

    I found a very nice hotel a real 3 star of and moved in and paid a very reasonable price, consequently I paid directly for one very short night of sleeping in a junkyard and paid, through you, for another 2 nights of 2 rooms which I did not use!!!

    First of all I think it is in your outmost interest to make sure that hotels that are booked through you are of certain level and what you show and state in your web is true and being observed by the Hotel.
    I also ask you to make sure that the hotel will refund me, directly or through you, for the 2 nights X 2 rooms which we did not stay.

    On 8th September I received an email from Agoda asking me to report about my stay, I did so, briefly telling about my bad experience and was expecting that someone at your side will notice and contact me, but it did not happen.

  4. Heritage manila. i had a great stay the staff were quote the hotel as 5 star
    it is notit is only about 3.5 star.i eill stay at thehotrl again.
    I paid 72.50 aus per night with breakfast
    now agoda is quoting me around 130
    Per night supphosedly at 50% off please reply to me you allready
    have my email details.but please remember.
    The heritage is not 5 star.

    This is my second email.
    I just need to check if my reservation that was made last Dec for Amara Sanctuary Resort Singapore, check in on 19th Feb & check out on 21 Feb 2015 is it confirmed, because until now i did not receive the confirmation or confirm booking reference. I provided my credit card details during the booking.

    Kindly reply urgent & send to my email address the confirmation/ ID booking reference.
