Our Experience

We tried the Advanced Micro Devices corporate office and asked for customer service. The call was transferred to a customer service representative – to our surprise. You will have to speak your request as there are no options to choose from. The call rang for more than two minutes. No one answered the call. We called back and asked for the operator. Again the call rang endlessly with no customer service representative to pick up the call. We never spoke with anyone at AMD.
