There is no franchise information, so we assume Advanced Auto Parts stores are all owned by the same company –making customer service much simpler.

We called the customer service phone number, but we were unable to bypass the automated system by pressing 0. We pressed 3 to talk with customer service about a local Advanced Auto Parts store. The call was placed on hold for slightly more than two minutes. The agent answered the call and we asked if we could have a product shipped from one store to another if someone else paid for the order. We were told that was not possible, but the paying person could order online and have the product shipped to my local store. The agent was friendly and attentive.
