Our Experience

4WheelParts specializes in parts for trucks, jeeps and other 4-wheel drive vehicles. The call was answered by an automated program, but we were given the option to press 2 for a customer service agent within the first 10 seconds of the call. We pressed 2 and there was a 10-second silence before loud rock music started playing. We were on hold with the loud rock music for only 20 or 25 seconds before the call was answered by an agent. The agent was extremely helpful and immediately told us the company carried no parts for the Dodge Durango 4X4.
